WRT160NL LINUX POWERED WIRELESS ROUTER by linksys Cisco

wrt160nl wireless N DD-WRT compatibility AND features . WRT160NL Wireless-N Broadband Router with Storage Link BY Cisco-Linksys.
The WRT160NL wireless router is the N standard offering by LINKSYS to replace the wrt54gl LINUX powered version.

Cisco has seen fit to give the open source community another great little toy to play with. This router is more closely related to the wrt54g-tm router as it has 32m ram and 8m flash rom, with the added benefit of usb mass storage and retains the removable, upgradeable antennas, although the connector has changed.
Thankfully the guys at DD-WRT and the OPEN-WRT project have been fervently working to port these firmwares to this version with mixed success, as the usb storage controller does not seem to support the NTFS file system at this time. If you are however running linux it will support ext2 and ext3 linux file systems for added capacity. The wrt160nl also seems to have a problem with 300mbs transfers due to the 2.4g bandwidth on wireless. Stay tuned for the hack mods videos as these firmware become more stable. ======
